NAQLA is the first trucking platform in Egypt since 2016. Our mission is to simplify the process of the transportation of goods and ensure efficient and hassle-free shipping through our mobile App that connects shippers with a network of trusted carriers.

Research & Insights : Extensive user research, including interviews and usability testing, was conducted to understand the pain points and gather valuable insights. Key findings revealed the need for a simplified and intuitive interface, clear navigation, and improved visibility of available trucks.

Need Gap/Problem statement : The existing Naqla Customer App had usability issues, a cluttered interface, and lacked intuitive features, resulting in a cumbersome booking process for users.
The Goal : to address these pain points and optimize the app for a more streamlined experience.

After implementing V2 wireframes , User can only add his phone number and name, this process takes 1-2 mins
